Personal ethics are individual’s code of behaviour and conduct towards the people who are close to him like family and friends. Personal ethics is based on individual value system, personal morality and family values. Feelings and emotions have extremely large role in deciding what is ethical in private relationships. Example- kindness, being truthful, respecting elderlies etc.
