Non-partisanship is a quality of being politically neutral. It entails that a civil servant will faithfully serve the lawfully elected government irrespective of his own political ideology. Civil servant provides his best aid and advice to the government and once the decision has been taken by political class, he will implement it with the best of his capability without any bias.
