Well being | Definition | What is Well being?

Well being is a subjective concept involving diverse and interconnected dimensions of physical, mental and societal wellbeing going beyond traditional health and wealth measure of happiness. It broadly has 3 dimensions-

Domain of being- It is reflection of present personal condition- health, career, finance, skill etc

Domain of becoming- It offers a futuristic perspective of what one wants to be? It depends upon opportunities, governance, hobbies etc.

Social or relationship domain- includes a sense of being wanted and a sense of belonging with family/ group/community.
