Eustress | Definition | What is Eustress?

Eustress are beneficial stresses. The term was coined by Hans Selye by combining Greek prefix “eu” (meaning good), and stress, literally meaning “good stress”. They are stress that create positive motivation in a person increase his efficiency, performance, focus and overall well-being.
