Anger | Definition | What is Anger?

Anger is a negative emotion that involve a hostile response against a person, group or object. Anger is not just a psychological response to a stimulus but it also involves physical conditions such as elevated heart rate, increased blood pressure, heightened level of adrenaline. The anger is physically expressed in form of changed facial expression, body language and at times act of aggression. Anger reduces a person’s ability to reason and act logically. It negatively impacts the personal and social wellbeing of a person.
