Justice | Definition | What is Justice?

Justice is maintenance of what is just and fair. In modern state, justice implies ensuring and protecting minimum rights and entitlement for all. It can be viewed from the perspective of distributive justice and corrective justice. The aim of distributive justice is to ensure that everyone gets their just share in resource while corrective justice comes in picture when to restore rights of a person when they have been violated.
