Moral issue are the situations where a judgement has to be passed on morality of any contentious issue or a course of action. Example- Abortion, torture, capital punishment etc.
People have equally strong arguments for both the sides and both the sides appears to be morally correct, making it very difficult to judge morality of the issue.
